How is the training structured?

Module 1:
Create the ecosystem and establish new habits
 
(4 Days or 8 sequences of 3h30 online)

During these 4 days, participants will develop a clearer idea and perspective of: the company, their teams and themselves.​​

  • 10 stages of the life cycle of a business 

  • Co-creating the future

  • Develop a better quality of listening

  • 3 Natural Positioning Figures

  • Exercise of internal orientation towards the expression of one's  soul mission 

  • Understand and experience how to effectively calm the mind when it gets carried away.

  • The Soul Coaching® spiritual stick to “awaken the Leader within you” : a specific workshop that will help participants work on their identity as a leader 

  • Become aware of various forms of management and anticipate the next step to come.

  • Adapt your managerial approach according to the natural way in which each person perceives and positions themselves in the world.

Module 2:

SOUL COACHINGⓇ Program 28 days Empowered Potential
  • Listen to your truth and manage in accordance with it 

  • Listen to your intuition

  • Accept and honor their strengths and limitations

  • Awaken the leader within you and live accordingly

  • Determine what serves and what serves the fulfillment of your leadership (internal and external)

  • Combining performance and depth of soul

  • compare the team to one's own organization and establish healthy communication

 

This program takes place online with weekly live meetings of 3 hours each and daily recordings each including a guided meditation, a daily affirmation and self-coaching exercises.

Implementation and balance:
From self-awareness to real-life work experiences
 
(2 days  or 4 sequences of 3h30 online + 3 individual coaching sessions)

The objective of this last module is to really associate the various experiments, the theoretical contribution and the awareness of the previous modules, with an even stronger practice in everyday life. Participants will use their real-life challenges to gain the keys to changing the way they communicate and behave in difficult or intimidating situations. This part of the training uses the current situations of the participants and aims to help gain maturity in its positioning. It is a group work and tailor-made module with individual coaching follow-up over a few sessions.
